Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping details — including tracking where available — will be added to your order on our website.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
Delivery Times
We do not calculate delivery times at checkout. Instead, please use the estimates below as a general guide once your order has been dispatched:
Sweden: 3–4 business days
European Union: 4–6 business days
International (outside the EU): 4–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs processing, and local conditions.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates once parcels are handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
EU Orders
Orders shipped within the European Union are generally delivered without additional customs charges.
VAT is handled according to EU regulations at checkout.
International Orders (Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your local authorities.
These charges:
- Are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- Are the responsibility of the customer
- Must be paid directly to your local customs office or carrier
Please note that we ship orders on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis and do not offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means we do not prepay import duties or taxes on your behalf.
We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure about potential charges.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be added directly to your order on our website once your shipment has been dispatched.
In most cases, the carrier will also email or message you tracking details when your parcel is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to appear.
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier first. If you still need help, feel free to reach out to us.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or customs fees, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs or carrier fees from your refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
